We offer two 3LDK two-story villas located in Sukumo River, about 8 minutes by car from Hakone Yumoto. Each villa has a spacious dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, two Japanese-style rooms, and one Western-style room, making it suitable for up to 10 guests.

The property has a free private parking lot, with space for two cars per villa.

■ Key Information
Our facility uses a smart lock system. You can easily check in by entering a 4-digit PIN code. The PIN code will be sent to you by email at least one week before your check-in date. Please make sure to provide an email address that can receive this information when making your reservation. *If the person making the reservation is different from the guest staying, please forward all reservation-related emails to the guest.

■ Payment
Only online pre-payment is accepted. We do not accept payments in cash. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us via email.

■ Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking, but we have an outdoor smoking area (with ashtrays) available.

■ Prohibited Activities
To avoid disturbing the neighbors, please refrain from loud conversations or playing loud music, especially during the night or early morning. Pets are not allowed.
